In the print version of the article listed above, there is a typographical error in Table 2, where the value for blood pressure from Kajiwara et al. (49) under “Strength of association, odds ratio (95% CI)” should have read “1.02 (1.01–1.03) per mmHg increase in systolic blood pressure.” The online version reflects this change. Sharon D.
